Kanyi is a Nigerian budding Afro-fusion and R’n’B artiste. He returns with a follow-up single, Jeje after his smash debut hit, Omalicha. The song xrays the activities in Nigerian streets. Kanyi on the other hand is a multi-dimensional singer/songwriter that breaks the barriers of genre distinctions with each melody he delivers.
Some of his sonic influences include Demian Marley, Frank Ocean and fellow Afro-fusion artiste; 2baba, amongst several others. He is a talent to watch.
